Q. Can I send special characters in SMS?
A. Yes, you can send any special character of a US Keyboard.

Q. What is grace period?
A. Grace period is available only for resellers. We provide 30 days grace period to our resellers after the expiration date of their credits where they can retain their unused credits of the previous billing period by recharging with any volume greater then 25,000.
 
Q. How many operators are supported by your gateway?
A. All operators present in India are supported by us. This includes all GSM Providers (Private or Public) & CDMA operators.
 
Q. Can I send SMS through alphanumeric sender id?
A. Yes, you can send sms with an alphanumeric sender id except CDMA mobiles as they do not support alphanumeric sender id.
 
Q. What is  CDMA & GSM sender ID? How do I set them?
A. Before you start sending SMS, you need to set your GSM and CDMA mobile sender ID. This is the name or number which displays on the receiver's mobile phone. You can set any number or name (not more then 11 characters) as your GSM ID which belongs to you but in case of CDMA sender id you need to use and valid 10 digit GSM mobile number (Nos. which do not start with 92 or 93 are GSM mobile numbers in India). To set these IDs please login to your control panel and then click on the link "Set GSM/CDMA Id". 
 
Q. Are you a reseller or what?
A. We have direct connectivity with mobile operator. Nobody can have their own setup to send SMS without having operator License. So, we must have to buy SMS from the operator in Bulk.
 
Q. Can I send message to anyone for my product advertisement or any such purpose?
A. No, not at all in any condition. If somebody caught involved in sending unsolicited messages then his/her account will be terminated instantly without prior notification. Please keep in mind our automated bots daily scan all the messages.
 
Q. Can I use this service for sending my products or services info.
A. Yes, but only if the recipient has agreed or asked for the information.
 
Q. I am not getting delivery report.
A. You need to check your message logs to get the delivery reports. Sometime due to congestion delivery reports will take time to come.
 
Q. Can I send binary SMS, like ring tones, picture messages, operator logo etc.
A. No, this service is not available yet.
 
Q. From where I can get registered my self?

Q. I need a proper Invoice before the payment. Form where I can request this.

Q. What are the payment methods supported by you?
A. Q. We need a proper proposal and written contract before buying any service or credits from you. To whome I should contact?
A. We provide formal proposal only to resellers and bulk sms users, for volume less then 1lakh a month we don't provide any written contract or proposal.
